Julie Preis

Preis brings almost 15 years of experience working with emerging technologies to Mocean Mobile’s executive team. 

Her career began in 1997 when she joined Zentropy Interactive, a Web development group in Los Angeles, where she helped large entertainment and corporate brands such as MGM, PolyGram, and Neutrogena strategize moves into the new media space.

From there, Julie went on to become the first employee at Mixed Signals Technologies, a pioneering interactive television company, where she built and managed the production arm of the organization.

In 2003, Preis began focusing on mobile marketing and content distribution, ultimately becoming a founder of GoldPocket Wireless, a spin-off entity focusing on scaleable platform development for mobile content aggregation and distribution.

Prior to joining Mocean Mobile, she was positioned as General Manager of Ansible, a joint venture between Velti and IPG, where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of IPG’s mobile agency.
