SDK Product Manager

The Mocean Mobile SDK Product Manager is responsible for maintaining and driving the roadmap for all versions of the SDK including but not limited to iOS, Android, Windows, and BlackBerry. 

The position’s main objectives are as follows:

• To communicate customer requirements and/or schedules to internal staff in a timely and executable manner.
• To be involved in project management of new and existing system requirements.
• To communicate external schedules and manage to customer expectations.
• To provide documentation and training on new features as they are released.
• To adhere to and uphold existing and agreed upon SDLC processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with API development team with new features and requests.
• To assist with other sales and marketing activity such as trade shows and conferences.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of SaaS account or technical account management experience or product development experience.
• Experience with API implementations and integrations.
• 3-5 years of web experience dealing with javascript, HTML, etc.
• Strategic account planning and execution experience and abilities.
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal oriented and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently, or within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, CompEng, EE, etc)
• Experience in the mobile industry a plus.

Key Performance Indicators:

• On-time releases
• Product roadmap tracks to 90% within deliverable quarter
• Tech support SDK tickets actioned in a timely matter
