Sales Manager - UK

Mocean Mobile is looking for a top-notch Senior Sales Executive to join our UK based team of exceptional mobile industry frontrunners. This role will play a key role in the continued success of Mocean – driving revenue and representing the Mojiva brand in the marketplace.

Mocean Mobile is the most advanced ad management platform available for mobile. Mocean Mobile provides superior ad serving, reporting, analytics, yield management and 3rd party ad network aggregation for dozens of mobile industry leaders, including  Microsoft, RIM, Skype, and  YOC. Mocean Mobile’s platform, MAST (Mobile Ad Serving Technology), is a proven solution and has quickly gained a best-in-class reputation within the industry.

We are looking for an A+ player with a successful track record in the adserving space with the following qualifications:

Skills/Experience:

  • Solid 5 years of outstanding track record as a digital adserving or advertising salesperson
  • Strong understanding of adserving technical requirements
  • Superior sales, presentation, communication and problem solving skills
  • Good list of publisher contacts in Europe
  • Motivated self starter, with outstanding work ethic
  • Excellent business presentation skills, including strong oral and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to meet and stretch sales goals in a challenging environment
  • Collaborative experience and strong ability to work with internal teams
  • Must have ability and flexibility to review own progress and adapt to changing objectives of the market
  • Knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian or German a plus but not indispensable

Primary Responsibilities

  • Driving a strong revenue stream for the company
  • Evangelize the mobile adverting value proposition with advertisers
  • Maintain and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Negotiate and close business
  • Work with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent Mojiva at industry events
